About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Recovery and Rehabilitation Wellness Spa as a Part-Time Licensed Esthetician! We are passionate about providing exceptional skincare services and holistic wellness experiences to our clients in Durham, NC.



Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide top-notch services.
• Promote and sell spa products that enhance client skincare routines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals to create a cohesive wellness experience.
• Follow spa sanitation and safety standards  
• Support promotions, events, and client retention

Requirements:

• Valid esthetician license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa or skincare setting.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend availability preferred 
• Makeup experience is a plus
