11 Maple Street in Jensen Beach, FL is looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Monitor food freshness, proper storage, and rotation to minimize waste
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service during peak hours
• Assist with food prep, including chopping, portioning, and mise en place
• Follow all food safety and health code regulations at all times
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or in a professional kitchen preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
