Client Overview:
Our client is a nonprofit organization dedicated to defending and preserving individual rights, liberties, and laws. The organization addresses issues including free speech, voting rights, racial justice, reproductive freedom, LGBTQ+ equality, and criminal justice reform. Its mission is to ensure that the rights of every individual are protected and upheld. They are seeking an experienced Part-Time LMS Administrator to join their Learning and Project team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$45/hr

Position Overview:
The Part-Time LMS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Learning Management System. This role supports learners and stakeholders by managing accounts, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring learning content is accurately maintained. The LMS Administrator serves as a key point of contact for technical support requests, system enhancements, and platform functionality. Additionally, the position collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, implement new features, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time LMS Administrator:
  • Responsible for day-to-day management and maintenance of the LMS.
  • Handle user account administration, content uploads, learning program assignments, and support requests submitted through Zendesk.
  • Research and implement new features, troubleshoot system issues, and develop documentation to support processes.
Required Experience/Skills for the Part-Time LMS Administrator:
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • High attention to details
  • Experience with Zendesk is required to be successful in this role.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Part-Time LMS Administrator:
  • Prior experience as an LMS Admin is highly preferred.
  • Strong research and troubleshooting experience is preferred.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
