What You''ll Do

• Administer medications and document patient care
• Assess patients before dosing and monitor their well-being
• Perform vital signs, screenings, and lab collection
• Maintain medication inventory and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate care with providers and support the clinical team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused customer service every day

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LPN license
• At least 1 year of direct patient care experience
• Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
• Experience in outpatient, behavioral health, addiction medicine, primary care, or similar settings is a plus
