Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Sioux Falls, SD | Approximately 24 hours per week

The Wellness Collective is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our functional medicine and psychiatric providers in delivering exceptional, whole-person care. This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful patient relationships, enjoys variety in their workday, and thrives in a calm, team-centered environment.
Our clinic emphasizes quality patient care over volume, allowing our team the time to build meaningful relationships with patients while providing personalized, integrative care.
What You'll Do
- Prepare patients for appointments by obtaining vital signs and reviewing medications, supplements, allergies, and preferred pharmacy
- Partner with our functional medicine and psychiatric nurse practitioners to provide coordinated, patient-centered care
- Communicate with patients by phone or secure messaging to support provider treatment plans and answer appropriate clinical questions
- Complete medication prior authorizations
- Coordinate prescriptions and communicate with pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers
- Perform phlebotomy as needed
- Accurately document patient interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Help create a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience for every patient
Our Ideal Candidate
- Holds an active South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Is warm, compassionate, and enjoys connecting with patients
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Takes initiative while working well as part of a collaborative team
- Is comfortable using electronic medical records
- Has experience in outpatient care, behavioral health, primary care, or functional medicine (preferred)
- Phlebotomy experience is a plus
- Experience in functional medicine is welcomed but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
Schedule
- Approximately 24 hours per week (3 days)
- Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Occasional flexibility to help cover team absences
