WinnCompanies is searching for a Part-time Maintenance Technician I to join our team at The Mallard, a 90-unit multifamily affordable residential community located in Eureka, CA
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
The pay range for this position is $21.00-$24.00 per hour. Please note that this opportunity is required to live on-site. An on-site housing unit is provided.
Please note that this is a part-time position, which is not eligible for Winn benefits and will work 20 hours per week.
