Key Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s ambassador with luxury and high-rise residential properties.

• Build and manage relationships with property managers, leasing teams, and residents.

• Represent the company at on-site marketing and resident engagement events.

• Assist in creating marketing tools and strategies to increase brand awareness.

Schedule & Hours
This is a part-time role requiring approximately 6 hours per week, with most activity taking place during evenings as needed for property events and resident outreach.
