Napa Flats is a guest-focused restaurant known for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and memorable experiences. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to grow our brand presence, drive traffic, and build strong community engagement for all three locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms
  • Manage social media activity daily, content calendar, and online reputation by posting and responding to comments/messages
  • Plan and promote events, seasonal campaigns, and special offers
  • Oversee email marketing, SMS campaigns, and loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with chefs and management on menu launches and promotions
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare quarterly reports
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and tools
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business 
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
  •  Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills 
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) 
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
