Job Duties

• Track inventory levels, supplier lead times, and product shortages to help keep materials available for production.
• Create purchase orders, request supplier quotes, and support purchasing activities to maintain inventory needs.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments, including air freight, while preparing shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Work with transportation providers to arrange pickups, deliveries, and resolve shipping issues quickly.
• Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory data into computer systems while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with inventory counts, warehouse organization, general office tasks, and follow all safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• 6 months of prior experience
• ERP experience
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
• Detail oriented

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

What You Will Do

As a Part-time Materials and Shipping Clerk you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

A Part-time Materials and Shipping Clerk supports warehouse productivity by helping ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role combines organizational skills, inventory awareness, and safe material handling practices.
