We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team in a part-time merchandising role. In this position, you will help ensure products are presented effectively, shelves are organized, and retail displays meet company standards. Responsibilities
- Stock, arrange, and rotate merchandise to maintain attractive and organized displays.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled, priced, and placed according to planograms or store guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock, damaged items, or display issues.
- Set up promotional materials and support seasonal or special merchandising initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned merchandising areas.
- Communicate with store personnel and team members to coordinate merchandising tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies while completing assigned work.
Qualifications
- Previous merchandising, retail, stocking, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic communication skills and a professional approach to teamwork.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with retail display setup, product rotation, or inventory tracking.
- Comfortable lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods as needed.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
