Part-Time Merchandiser

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented part-time professional to support in-store merchandising efforts and help maintain an organized, attractive, and shopper-friendly retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in presentation, and can work independently while following established store standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and replenish merchandise according to store guidelines and planograms.
• Ensure product displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
• Rotate stock to help maintain product freshness and availability.
• Check shelves for accuracy, pricing, signage, and promotional materials.
• Remove damaged, outdated, or misplaced items as needed.
• Communicate inventory concerns, out-of-stock items, and display issues to the appropriate team members.
• Support special merchandising projects, seasonal resets, and promotional changes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following company and store policies.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail, stocking, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality presentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Basic communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with planograms, product placement, or retail resets.
• Familiarity with inventory counts and stock rotation practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
