Part-Time Mobile Security Officer

Pay: $25.00/hour

Location: Wilmington, MA

Employment Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 8:00 PM-4:00 AM; Saturday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM - 24 hours/week

Securitas is hiring a Mobile Security Officer to support multiple client locations throughout the North of Boston and Merrimack Valley area. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, driving between locations, and handling a variety of security responsibilities throughout the shift.

Mobile Security Officers begin their shift in Wilmington and use a company patrol vehicle to travel between assigned locations.

What You''ll Do

• Conduct scheduled and random security patrols at multiple client locations
• Perform site inspections and security checks
• Respond to alarms and security-related calls
• Conduct guard checks and assist officers at assigned locations
• Complete building openings and closings as scheduled
• Provide temporary coverage at client sites when needed
• Document patrols, incidents, and site activity using electronic reporting systems
• Take photos and communicate important findings or concerns to Mobile leadership

What We''re Looking For

• Valid driver''s license and a clean driving record
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and independent decision-making skills
• Comfortable driving throughout the shift and traveling between multiple locations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain alert and respond appropriately to changing situations
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and electronic reporting systems
• Security experience is welcome, but not required

Driving & Patrol Vehicle Expectations

This position requires regular operation of a Securitas patrol vehicle. Company vehicles are equipped with Samsara safety monitoring technology, and safe driving is a condition of employment. Mobile Security Officers are expected to follow all traffic laws and company driving policies while operating patrol vehicles.
