Love working with kids? Looking for a fun, active part-time job where you can make a real impact?At Soccer Shots of Greater Charlotte, we get paid to play! We teach soccer to children ages 2–8 in a positive, fun, and encouraging environment.


Soccer knowledge is a bonus but not required — we provide paid training and all equipment.


This is a great opportunity for college students, teachers, camp counselors, childcare workers, stay at home parents or anyone who enjoys working with young kids.


Pay

• $19 per 25–45 minute session
• Coaches typically lead 5–25 sessions per week
• Coaches typically earn $95–$475 per week depending on schedule
• Pay increases based on coaching performance

Schedule for the Fall Season:

• Part-time
• Weekday mornings 
• Saturday morning possibility

Schedule for Future Seasons(mix and match days and times) :

• Part-time, with full-time potential
• Weekday mornings
• Weekday afternoons
• Weekday evenings
• Saturday mornings

What You'll Do

• Lead 6–12 children in fun soccer-based activities
• Create a positive, energetic environment
• Arrive prepared and on time for each session
• Record attendance after classes
• Commit to coaching multiple seasons

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children ages 2–8 (coach, teacher, babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, parent, etc.)
• Energetic and reliable personality
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for working with young kids
• Organized and dependable

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma preferred
• Must pass background check
