A bit about us: We are an active, multiracial, welcoming family of 3 that values communication, kindness, reliability, and initiative. We have a friendly family dog, a Goldendoodle, who will be excited to meet you! We enjoy going to the farmer’s market, hiking, reading, and spending quality time together.
Our 3-year-old daughter is social, friendly, and creative! She loves imaginative play, puzzles, playing outside, and reading. She would love a playful, fun nanny who's not afraid to be silly and play make-believe!
A bit about you: You are warm, proactive, punctual, and enjoy engaging toddlers through play-based learning, routines, and creativity. You understand and are happy to support a working mom who wants more quality time with her child, and you don’t mind taking on light household tasks and errands. You enjoy caring for others, are open to feedback, can set healthy boundaries with children following parental guidance, and have a strong work ethic.
Job Duties: Provide preschool pick-up in your vehicle (car seat provided), prepare healthy snacks, tag team with mom, light meal prep such as warming up prepared food or adding a green vegetable to the meal, occasional cooking of simple children’s meals, engage in screen-free play, support evening routines, complete light household laundry, dishes, tidying, and weekly grocery shopping.

Anticipated Duration: 1 Year
Qualifications: 1-2 years of toddler experience, pediatric CPR certification or willingness to obtain, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, simple meal prep/cooking skills, good communication skills, self-directed, willing to work when child is mildly ill, and comfort around a 55 lb. dog.
Set yourself apart: Early childhood education, nursing coursework, knowledge of nutrition/ideas to add more nutrition to our family dinners, sharing your culture’s cuisine with us, and/or preschool teaching experience are a plus.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (4:45p-7:45p) *Opportunity for occasional, additional hours Starting ASAP!
Pay: $32-$35 an hour
