Part-Time Music Teacher

Prairie Catholic School is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time Music Teacher to join our school community for the upcoming school year (2026-2027).

The ideal candidate will foster a love of music while supporting the mission of Catholic education. This position includes planning and teaching general music classes for students in grades 4K-8, preparing students for school concerts and collaborating with faculty to enrich the school''s environment.

Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging general music classes for students in 4K-8th grade.
• Prepare students for Christmas, spring, and other school performances.
• Foster creativity, confidence, and an appreciation for music in all students.
• Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Music Education or a related field (Wisconsin teaching license preferred or ability to obtain one).
• Knowledge of vocal and elementary music instruction.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
