Part-Time Nanny

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Agawam, MA

Compensation: $25–$30/hour

Schedule: Flexible Schedule Options Available
Option 1: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Option 2: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Option 3: Three days per week, 8-hour shifts

Guaranteed Hours: 25 hours/week

Overview / About the Family:

A warm and busy family in Feeding Hills is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced full-time nanny to support their household. The family has three children, ages 7, 3, and 1, with the primary focus on caring for the youngest child. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and partnering closely with hands-on parents in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care for the 1-year-old child
• Assist with care of older siblings as needed
• Support daily routines including feeding, naps, and playtime
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage development
• Help with light child-related household tasks, including tidying play areas, children’s laundry, and meal prep
• Work collaboratively with parents to maintain consistency and structure

Requirements:

• Verifiable experience as a nanny.
• Minimum of 3–5 professional references
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
