Position Overview
An active, warm Downtown Boston family is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated part-time nanny to join their household team. The nanny will care for their two energetic boys, ages 2 and 3, with care of their infant daughter during the evening portion of the shift. The family currently employs a daytime nanny, and this role picks up in the afternoon after school and daycare. The ideal candidate brings genuine energy, creativity, and initiative to the children's afternoons and evenings, and takes ownership of the role without needing to be micromanaged. This is an excellent fit for someone with a sports, coaching, or athletics background who truly enjoys getting outside and being active with young children. The family maintains a clean, organized home and is looking for someone who is naturally proactive about their environment. There is also an optional opportunity to earn additional hours at the family's second home in Maine, roughly 2.5 hours from Boston.
