We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our award-winning hotel team. Our hotel takes great pride in providing exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent overnight guest service while completing the nightly audit and ensuring the hotel is prepared for the next day.

Job Responsibilities

-Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service throughout the overnight shift.
-Check guests in and out and assist with reservations.
-Answer phones and respond to guest requests.
-Handle guest questions, concerns, and requests professionally.
-Complete the nightly audit and required financial reports.
-Balance and verify daily hotel transactions.
-Monitor the property and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
-Prepare the front desk and hotel for the morning team.
-Assist with light overnight tasks as needed.
-Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications

-Previous customer service experience required; hotel experience is a plus, but not required.

-Reliable and dependable attendance.
-Comfortable working overnight hours.
-Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns or unexpected situations.
-Willingness to learn — we will train you on our hotel systems and procedures!
