We’re seeking a compassionate, organized, and people-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Caregiver Mentor. This non-clinical, part-time role supports our home care team by conducting client assessments, training caregivers, and ensuring quality care for seniors in the community.

What You’ll Do:
Available to work in the office and be available to be out in the field. Conduct in-home, non-medical client assessments and update care plans
Train caregivers on safe techniques, including transfers, gait belt use, and Hoyer lift operation using our Center of Excellence training room.
Perform periodic quality assurance visits and caregiver skills assessments
Assign additional training's to caregivers as needed
Serve as a trusted resource for non-clinical client care concerns
Maintain accurate records of assessments, training sessions, and evaluations
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in Florida
CPR Card
Drivers License; Car, Car insurance

Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Passion for making a difference and supporting caregivers in their roles
Willingness to travel locally for client visits (mileage reimbursement provided)
