The Kettle Moraine School District (KMSD) cultivates academic excellence, living out our vision to prepare, inspire and empower all 3,500 students within KM. Covering 90 square miles, the District serves all or portions of the following municipalities: City of Delafield, Town of Delafield, Village of Dousman, Town of Eagle, Town of Genesee, Village of North Prairie, Town of Ottawa, Town of Sullivan, Village of Summit, and Village of Wales.

Role and Responsibilities
The District seeks a .8 FTE Occupational Therapist beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. This district-wide position is part of a collaborative Occupational Therapy team within the Student Services Department.
A successful candidate for this position is an excellent communicator and collaborator, is an active participant in the District's student services team, and is able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. Candidates ideally also have strong connections with, and are able to collaborate with, community therapy providers.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a school-based population
Participating in evaluations and multidisciplinary special education teams
Collaborating with staff, families, and related service providers to support student needs
Supporting student participation and access within the educational environment
Maintaining appropriate documentation and compliance requirements
Working collaboratively as part of the District's Occupational Therapy team
Additional qualifications include:
School age experience preferred
Autism experience desired
Knowledge, skills, and experience appropriate for the position including writing and computer literacy skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully and positively with staff, students, and parents in a school environment
Must possess a current driver's license
Required Education, Experience and Credentials
Master's degree required
Must possess or be eligible for Department of Safety and Professional Services License
Must possess or be eligible for Wisconsin Occupational Therapist licensure
