Part Time- Office Assistant

We have an opening for a part-time office assistant.

We are a small property company in Newport Beach, close to the airport.

What we are looking for:

16-20 hours per week, flexible scheduling.

You will support the office with basic administrative and office support, including:

Electronic filing and document organization

Scanning

Emailing invoices through AI processing system and coding invoices

Uploading documents to Yardi Breeze ( will train )

Sorting and distributing mail.

Must be detailed, organized and comfortable with technology and dependable.

Computer savvy

Must have recent work experience in an office setting.

We are dog friendly and we have a dog onsite.

$24-$26 an hour.
