Job Description

The Office Support Assistant III provides part-time administrative and operational support that is essential to the continuity and effectiveness of the Center's daily functions. This position plays a mission-critical role while ensuring the Center's operational support during ongoing projects, including an upcoming facility move.

This position supports the Center's overall administrative needs by performing a variety of clerical, coordination, and organizational duties that contribute to efficient office operations and consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including document preparation, correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with logistical coordination and recordkeeping related to the Center's upcoming move and ongoing operational transitions.
  • Maintain office organization and supply inventory, ensuring administrative needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Apply existing procedures to solve routine problems and perform a variety of administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment, understanding how own work impacts others and the broader team.
  • Demonstrate initiative in organizing priorities, improving processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative activities.

Shift

20 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.10 hourly

Grade: GGS - 005
