About the Opportunity
Our Client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Order Picker to join their warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, can stay organized in a warehouse environment, and takes pride in accuracy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for picking products from warehouse inventory, packing orders, and preparing shipments for customers. Because there is no barcode scanning system, strong memorization skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using printed pick sheets
- Read and match product numbers, part numbers, and inventory locations
- Perform basic math and product counts to ensure order accuracy
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify quantities and product information before shipping
- Enter order and inventory information into computer systems
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse
- Work efficiently while meeting quality and accuracy standards
- Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to read and match numbers accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry experience
- Good memorization skills and ability to learn warehouse locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Comfortable working in a slower-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Small team atmosphere with only a few employees working together
- Very little direct supervision
- Independent work setting
