Overview:
The region’s leading provider of integrated behavioral and primary health care is seeking an integrated outpatient clinician to work with our clients for co-occurring (Mental Health & Substance Use) services in Granite City or Belleville, IL.

This position is part-time; daytime hours, Mon-Fri.
The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $25.91 to 29.32 per hour.
This role is Student Loan Repayment Eligible.
National Health Service Corp (NHSC) LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM - The NHSC LRP offers up to $100,000 for providers working in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) in Illinois.
Responsibilities:
- Help consumers to regain control over their lives through self-directed recovery.
- Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
- Use evidence-based practices focusing on individual, family, and group therapy.
- Link clients to community resources including DCFS, probation/parole, courts, medical care, and natural supports
- Promote positive interactions within Chestnut and with the community to sustain a favorable program reputation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field and qualify as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) in the state of Illinois. IL licensure of LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC required.
- Must be willing to be trained in the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA).
- Must obtain CRA certification within 3 months following training.
- Basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, Outlook, Teams, email and an electronic medical record (EMR).
- Must be willing and able to offer telehealth services, as dictated by funding sources, client needs/desires and supervisory assignment.
