About Us: Care Big Personal Care, LLC is a Texas HHSC-licensed Personal Assistance Services agency helping clients live safely and comfortably at home. We're growing our Tyler team and looking for a caregiver who enjoys providing companionship and peace of mind overnight.
Position Overview: We're seeking a warm, reliable caregiver to provide overnight companionship care for a client in Tyler. This role focuses on companionship, safety supervision, and light support — great for someone patient, personable, and comfortable working independently at night. No CNA certification required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support through the overnight shift
- Monitor client safety and wellbeing
- Engage in conversation or light activities; be a reassuring presence
- Assist with light, non-medical tasks as needed
- Respond promptly to client needs overnight
- Communicate any concerns to the care team
- Maintain accurate visit documentation
Qualifications:
- No CNA certification required — caregiving experience a plus, not necessary
- Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient demeanor
Schedule: Part-time, 12-hour overnight shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
