Essential Functions:
- Accumulate payroll data from various departments and calculate hours worked when needed
- Create payroll account codes and track
- Review payroll data for accuracy, verify entered payroll data, and transmit payroll
- Communicate with managers and resolve missed hour tracking and individual payroll issues
- Review, update, and confirm employee change requests
- Manage paid time off and leave tracking
- Terminate employees in the payroll system
- Audit benefit provider premiums collected and remittances paid
- Comply with federal, state, and local withholding requirements
- Process garnishments and other required deductions
- Maintain timeclock users in the time and attendance software
- Provide leadership with requested reporting and general ledger input
- Partner regularly with management and Human Resources to ensure efficient employee pay processing

Education & Experience:
- A minimum of a Highschool diploma or GED equivalent or an Associate’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of successful payroll processing experience
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG/Kronos, SAP, TandemHR, or similar)
- Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems
Physical Demands:
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Travel as needed

Schedule:
- Monday (6:00am – 5:00pm)
- Tuesday – Friday (7:30am-11:30am)
