Elgin or St. Charles, IL | $50–$65/hour, based on experience
1–3 afternoons per week, 3:00–7:00 PM (daytime hours also available)
Full-time also available: $72,000–$98,000/year

The Role
This is a generalist pediatric OT role focused on emotional and sensory regulation. You'll work with infants through school-age children and their families, delivering play-based intervention that supports sensory processing, self-regulation, and motor development. Early intervention opportunities are available.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat using individualized, play-based plans that follow the child's lead
- Coach parents with practical strategies and home programs
- Collaborate with our speech and feeding therapists, pediatricians, EI providers, and schools
- Keep documentation timely and your schedule consistent
What We're Looking For
- Master's or Doctorate in OT; active Illinois OT license
- 2+ years of pediatric experience preferred; new grads with strong pediatric fieldwork considered
- Working knowledge of sensory processing and self-regulation frameworks
- A warm communicator who builds trust with kids, parents, and professionals
- Comfortable getting messy and playful
