Are you a people person who enjoys talking with others, building relationships, and helping people find meaningful employment? Environment Control Ohio Valley, Inc. is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Part-Time Personnel Coordinator to join our team in Bridgeville.

This position is perfect for someone with strong communication and phone skills who enjoys interacting with a variety of people throughout the day. As a Personnel Coordinator, you will play an important role in recruiting, interviewing, and helping candidates navigate the hiring process from application to onboarding.

What You'll Do

• Review employment applications and screen candidates
• Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews
• Communicate with applicants by phone, text, and email
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities
• Help job seekers find opportunities that match their skills and availability
• Maintain accurate applicant and personnel records
• Support onboarding and new hire paperwork processes
• Provide excellent customer service to applicants, employees, and managers
• Assist with daily administrative and recruiting functions

Position Details

 Location: Bridgeville Office (This is not a remote position)

 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

 Pay: $19.00 per hour
