Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist in Doylestown, OH to help residents rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized, goal-driven rehab.

Key responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating and updating treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, documenting visits and progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe function and discharge planning.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in a skilled nursing or senior care setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and patient-centered communication
- Reliable time management in a part-time schedule
