Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy ENT practice. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented clinician with strong communication skills and a desire to build long-term patient relationships. The PA will work closely with our board-certified otolaryngologists to deliver high-quality care in both clinical and surgical settings. Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage common ENT conditions (e.g., sinusitis, otitis media, allergic rhinitis, vertigo, tonsillitis)
- Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as ear cleaning, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and minor lesion removal
- Assist in surgery and perioperative care as needed
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (audiograms, imaging, labs)
- Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and valid PA-C certification
- Licensed in the state of Florida
- Prior experience in ENT, or surgical specialty preferred (new grads with strong interest in ENT encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
