Position Title Part-Time PM Pizza - Student Dining Job Description
- Prepare, press and assemble, pizza doughs, sauces and toppings for daily production.
- Bake pizzas as needed throughout meal period.
- Maintain safe temperatures throughout shift.
- Rotate and properly store product at end of shift.
- Clean and sanitize work station.
- Complete daily production sheet and temperature logs.
- Position works 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Performs the duties in efficient manner, meeting the objectives and needs of Ashland University.
- Must follow State health and safety guidelines to insure safe food handling.
- Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Ashland University will not sponsor or take over sponsorship for an employment visa.
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task with little or no supervision in a busy environment.
Physical Demands
- Bending, lifting, standing for long periods.
- Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment.
