As a Front of House team member, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest. You will provide friendly, attentive service, assist customers with their orders, and help ensure each visit is enjoyable. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about serving others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality, teamwork, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve all guests with excellence and kindness
• Perform assigned front-of-house roles efficiently and willingly

• Multitask quickly and thoroughly in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Maintain adherence to Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code
• Work on your feet for several hours and assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Cheerful, customer-service-oriented, and loves helping others
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including night shifts
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
