Role Overview We are seeking a licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to provide podiatric care to residents in assisted living communities across Southern California. This role involves mobile in-facility visits with clustered routes to minimize travel time. Minimum availability of 1 day per week is required (Monday through Thursday). This position is available as W-2 or 1099 — we are happy to accommodate what works best for you.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage podiatric conditions for residents in assisted living communities
Provide routine foot and ankle assessments, diabetic foot care, wound management, nail care, callus treatment, and orthotics
Collaborate with our care team including primary care providers and facility staff
Participate in care coordination and case reviews
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
Active California DPM license in good standing
Active DEA registration
Experience in geriatric or facility-based settings preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
BLS certification
Ability to sanitize and maintain own equipment preferred
Compensation Estimated annual compensation: $150,000 – $200,000/year, based on patient volume and performance.
