    We're currently seeking a Part-Time team member to work at our Milford location. No experience necessary... paid training!

    This is a daytime position: 20-24 hrs/week

    About the Position:

    The Portable Device Tech serves as a key member of the Home Sleep Testing department, responsible for high-quality patient education and instruction in the use of home sleep testing devices.

    Primary duties consist of:

    • Program and prepare HST devices in alignment with established clinical protocols.
    • Conduct patient "teaches," including device application instruction, troubleshooting guidance, and return expectations.
    • Upload, review, and verify study data; escalate unscorable or incomplete studies per workflow.
    • Clean, disinfect, recharge, and inventory HST devices and associated supplies.
    • Assist in monitoring and reducing unreturned device rates.
    • Accurately document all device and patient interactions in the EMR/platform.
    • Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives within the HST Program.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • 1+ year experience in a customer service, clinical, or patient-facing role.

    • Strong verbal communication and patient education skills.

    • Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office); Ability to learn new software quickly

    • Organized and detail oriented.

    • Dependability, enthusiasm and professionalism.

    • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

    • Confident working independently and as part of a team.

    • Demonstrated reliability, organization, and ability to meet daily targets.
