Role Overview
As a Pantry Porter (Barista Support, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining
pantry operations, ensuring kitchens are fully stocked, clean, and organized, while also
supporting coffee service as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on,
operational work and takes pride in maintaining high standards across a workplace
environment.

Key Responsibilities
Pantry & Operations (Primary Focus)


Stock and replenish snacks, beverages, and pantry supplies across assigned areas
Maintain clean, organized kitchens and storage rooms (FIFO, labeling, organization)
Conduct quality checks on all products (snacks, beverages, produce, dairy)
Manage inventory levels, track low stock, and submit restock requests
Support catering setups, meetings, and onsite events
Perform routine equipment upkeep (coffee machines, water stations, etc.)
Remove trash, recycling, and maintain overall site cleanliness
Ensure all service areas meet company standards before leaving site

Barista & Coffee Support (Secondary Focus)


Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as needed
Replenish coffee supplies (beans, powders, milk, etc.)
Clean and maintain coffee equipment, including daily servicing
Support overall coffee program to ensure consistency and quality


What We're Looking For


1-2 years of relevant experience (pantry, porter, or food service preferred)
Guest service experience required
Porter experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the day
Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain
