We are seeking a reliable, detail -oriented Part -Time Apartment Grounds Porter<\/b> to keep our multifamily community clean, welcoming, and beautiful. This position focuses on maintaining excellent curb appeal, thoroughly cleaning common areas, and managing our community pet stations. Key Responsibilities <\/div>
Pet Station Management:<\/b> Empty, clean, and sanitize all dog waste stations daily. Restock dog waste bag dispensers. Clean the immediate surrounding grass and sidewalk areas.<\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Common Area Cleaning:<\/b> Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, and laundry rooms. Sanitize high -touch surfaces and clean glass windows/doors.<\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Restroom Upkeep:<\/b> Clean, disinfect, and restock supplies in all community and amenity restrooms.<\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Grounds & Curb Appeal:<\/b> Walk the property daily to pick up litter, leaves, and debris from parking lots, breezeways, dumpsters, and landscaped areas.<\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Trash Out Assistance:<\/b> Help the maintenance team remove remaining trash or heavy items from vacant apartments during turn -overs.<\/span><\/span> <\/li><\/ul>

Qualifications & Requirements <\/div>
Experience:<\/b> Previous cleaning, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.<\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Physical Ability:<\/b> Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.<\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Weather Tolerance:<\/b> Ability to work outdoors comfortably in various weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain).<\/span><\/span> <\/li>
Attributes:<\/b> Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctual attendance, and a friendly attitude toward residents.<\/span><\/span> <\/li>
