Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits is a luxury portrait studio with multiple locations across four states. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Portrait Photographer & Client Experience Specialist to join our Franklin, TN studio.
Our clients come to us for more than beautiful portraits--they come for an unforgettable experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about photography, naturally outgoing, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Whether you're helping a client over the phone or creating beautiful portraits in the studio, you'll play an important role in ensuring every client feels welcomed, cared for, and excited throughout their experience.

About the Role
This position combines professional portrait photography with exceptional client care.
As the weekend Client Experience Specialist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for client communication during your scheduled shifts. You'll respond to incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails from clients, answering questions, assisting with appointment-related requests, and ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury experience our studio is known for.
When requests require assistance from another department, you'll gather the necessary information, communicate clearly with the client, and route the request to the appropriate team for follow-up during normal business hours.
We're not looking for someone who simply answers phones--we're looking for someone who enjoys genuine conversation, builds rapport naturally, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and knows how to make every client feel heard and valued.
In the studio, you'll independently photograph families, couples, children, and pets while confidently guiding clients through their portrait experience from beginning to end. When additional support is needed, you'll also provide occasional assistance to the Full-Time Photographer to help ensure every client receives an exceptional experience.
