Preschool Lead & Assistant Teachers | Beverly Hills (Ages 18–24 Months)
Pay: Lead $25–$30/hr | Assistant $20–$25/hr (DOE)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Boutique preschool pod seeking polished, reliable teachers for a small, high-touch program with a low student-to-teacher ratio.
We are hiring:
* Lead Teachers (confident leading classroom, managing structure, guiding curriculum)
* Assistant Teachers (strong support, engaging, proactive)
Job Description:
* Lead or support daily activities and routines
* Guide age-appropriate learning including language and early development
* Incorporate yoga, movement, and dance into the daily schedule
* Foster social, emotional, and behavioral development
* Maintain a calm, organized, and safe environment
We especially welcome candidates with backgrounds in early childhood education, dance, yoga, gymnastics, or performing arts, as movement-based learning is an important part of our program.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience with toddlers (18–24 months strongly preferred)
* Professional, punctual, and dependable
* Strong communication and ability to take initiative
* Team-oriented with a positive, warm presence
