Ivybrook Academy in Franklin, TN is looking for a passionate and nurturing Part Time Preschool Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for preschool-aged children
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support early childhood development across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and daily activities
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support curriculum goals and school culture
• Observe, document, and assess student development and learning milestones

Requirements:

• Experience working with preschool or early childhood age groups preferred
• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and team members
• Ability to pass a background check as required by state childcare regulations
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
