I agree to these duties and responsibilities. I understand that this is not a complete list of duties, and all types of extreme weather conditions may be endured.EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

• Greets Customers with d friendly welcome, whether in person or by phone
• Assists customers with any golfing needs. Directs players to range, tee box, practice areas and regarding possible weather issues
• Assists Golf Professionals with tournaments and special events
• Assists Cart Staff with available carts
• Assists with Inventory of Merchandise
• Communicates to all staff members the needs of our Customers
• Maintains a clean and neat Pro Shop
• Uses simple computer skills with preparation of daily reports and counting of money Daily Opening Duties:
• Verifies and prepares starting amounts in cash drawer
• Ensures Shop is clean and neat prior to daily operation
• Reports and records any shortages or damage immediately to Director or Golf Professional
• Checks for all doors to be unlocked for opening
• Communicates to cart staff the needs for clean carts and range balls Daily Closing Duties;
• Verifies and closes with proper starting amounts in cash drawer for next shift
• Prepares all close-out procedures
• Reports and records any shortages or damage immediately to Director or Golf Professional
• Assists, if necessary, the Cart Staff with their closing duties
• Ensures all doors are locked and security alarm is set at closing.
