Part-Time Production Associate

Looking for a hands-on job where you can learn new skills and grow your pay? New Era Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Production Associate for a local, family-owned custom screen printing and apparel shop. No experience required—we’ll train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

• Screen printing, embroidery, and heat pressing
• Assemble trophies and awards
• Clean screens and maintain the shop
• Assist with machinery, computer work, and other production tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.
• Comfortable working at a steady pace to meet deadlines
• Able to keep a clean and organized workspace
• Bilingual Spanish/English and basic computer skills are a plus
• Drug-free workplace

Schedule: 15–20 hours/week to start, with up to 40 hours during busy seasons. Mostly Monday–Friday with occasional weekends. Flexible scheduling within shop hours.

Pay: Starts at $19.00/hr, with opportunities for increases as you learn new skills and gain experience.
