Yardzen is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to join our team in a hybrid Project Coordination and Sales role. This part-time position combines proactive sales outreach with hands-on client support throughout the Yardzen experience.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable moving between sales conversations, project coordination, and client problem-solving. You’ll engage prospective clients, convert qualified leads, and help existing clients stay informed and on track.
This is a remote, part-time role that requires consistent availability during Pacific Time business hours, including Sundays.
Proactively call, text, and follow up with interested leads provided by Yardzen.
Quickly qualify prospective clients, understand their needs, and clearly communicate the value of Yardzen’s services.
Convert prospective clients into Yardzen customers and consistently work toward individual sales goals.
Accurately track outreach, client conversations, follow-up activities, and results.
Partner with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to strengthen messaging and improve conversion.
Serve as a responsive point of contact for clients throughout their Yardzen experience.
Monitor and manage client communications across assigned inboxes, phone calls, and text messages.
Answer questions, resolve routine issues, and ensure clients receive clear and timely updates.
Help clients understand next steps, project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
Coordinate internally with Design, Operations, and other teams to keep projects moving forward.
Identify potential project delays or client concerns and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records in Yardzen’s internal systems.
Create a positive, seamless experience that builds client confidence and satisfaction.
Experience in sales, customer service, project coordination, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong phone presence with the confidence to guide both sales and service conversations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working toward sales and performance goals.
Proactive, resourceful, and confident resolving client concerns.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Comfortable learning and working across multiple technology platforms and internal systems.
Experience with Hubspot
This is a part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Must be consistently available during assigned Pacific Time hours, flexibility to work evening hours if needed.
Sunday availability is required.
