Onsite Property Manager
Location: Hermiston, OR
Pay: $28 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time, approximately 24 hours per week

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time On-Site Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential community in Hermiston, Oregon.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their property, communicates effectively, and can confidently manage resident needs, leasing activities, and property operations.
What Youll Do
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for residents, prospects, vendors, and property leadership
Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner
Market available homes, respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and assist with the leasing process
Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs
Collect rent, follow up on delinquent accounts, and maintain accurate resident records
Conduct routine property inspections and help ensure the community remains clean, safe, and welcoming
Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, repairs, and apartment turnovers
Enforce lease terms, community policies, and applicable landlord-tenant requirements
Complete administrative tasks, reports, notices, and property documentation
Support resident retention by providing responsive and professional customer service
What Were Looking For
Previous property management, leasing, housing, or related customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Professional, dependable, and comfortable addressing resident concerns
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property management software
Knowledge of Fair Housing and Oregon landlord-tenant practices is preferred
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required
