Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch training program
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
- Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
- Attend weekly group coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
- Work with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and other services related to listings
Qualifications
- Real Estate License in New Jersey
- Self-motivated sales professional with a competitive edge
- Skilled at building rapport, listening, and solution-finding
- Strong in prospecting, lead generation, and objection handling
- Effective communicator committed to excellent service
