Our company is seeking a skilled and self-motivated front office worker to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping, and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office procedures.

The ideal candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. with a talent for multi-tasking. Organizational skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:

•                      The ability to interact on the phone and in person in both a professional and pleasant manner.


•                      Operates PBX or multi-line telephone system to answer incoming. calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.

•                      Process mail to correct recipients

•                      Track and create a list of needed office supplies.

•                      Maintain records and files as needed.

•                      Assisting staff with other administrative functions. 

•                      Light accounting duties including deposits.

•                      Scheduling and appointment making.

•                      Create Templates in Word and Excel Documents

Requirements:

•                    High school diploma or relevant equivalent.

•                    Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.

•                    Superb written and verbal communication skills.

•                    Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

•                    QuickBooks knowledge a plus

•                    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax and copy machines and postal machines.

Position type/Expected hours of work:

•                    Part time position (W, Th, Fri)

•                    Mostly sedentary but ability to lift 25lbs on occasion.

•                    8a.m.-5p.m.
