Compensation & Schedule

  • $20.00 per hour
  • Monday–Friday | 25 hours per week | Coverage between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and create a professional first impression for the office.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and shipping activities.
  • Keep the reception area, copy room, and common office spaces organized and ready for daily operations.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, update office directories, and provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with office events, vendor coordination, budgeting support, and other administrative projects as assigned.


MinimumQualifications

  • 3–5 years of receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or office support experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or administrative certification preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.


Core Tools & Systems

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Email and calendar management systems, including Lotus Notes
  • Multi-line phone systems
  • Office equipment including copiers, scanners, and shipping/mail systems
  • Internet research and general office technology


Preferred Skills

  • Event planning, vendor coordination, or office administration experience.
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
