PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer service-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our home health
team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare office
environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, caregivers, and referral sources
• Manage and organize forms and office documents
• Send, receive, and track faxes
• Perform accurate data entry
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information
• Communicate professionally with staff and external contacts
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Computer proficiency, including email, faxing, and data entry
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Healthcare or home health experience is a plus
