About Us: At Vann Gannaway Chevrolet, we make car buying and servicing a smooth, enjoyable experience. We're looking for a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist to greet our customers and keep our front desk running efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and visitors with a smile
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized
- Support the team with light admin tasks
- Minor errands, including picking up lunch on Saturdays. Lunch is on us!
Hours:
- Tuesday to Friday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, and approachable
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience a plus
- 18 years of age or older, valid drivers license, reliable transportation
