About the Role:
Studio on Willow in Little Silver, NJ is looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our studio! Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area
• Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
• Assist with client inquiries and general studio information
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily studio operations

Requirements:

• Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred; experience with Vagaro is a PLUS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, or willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Ability to multitask in a busy, client-facing environment
• Flexible availability including evenings and/or weekends required
