Part-Time Receptionist

The Hours

The hours for this position are 9 AM - 2 PM, Monday - Friday. This is a part-time position.

The Pay

The Part-Time Receptionist position pays $17.50/hour.

The Location

We are located at 51 Scarborough Lane, Milford, NH. This position is onsite. 

Additional Job Details 

• Acts as first point of contact for in-person guests for the New Hampshire plant
• Acts as first point of contact by managing a multi-line phone system for both New Hampshire and Ohio plants
• Manages visitor check-ins by using and maintaining an electronic check-in system
• Maintains daily statistics on call and visitor volume
• Orders, maintains, and stocks office and coffee supplies
• Distributes and sorts mail daily
• Performs various clerical duties as needed, such as: filing, photocopying, preparing Microsoft Word documents and Excel Spreadsheets
• Provides support for ad-hoc project and event planning work 

Education required:

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  Range of Experience:

• 1-2 years of administrative experience is a plus; will consider combination of experience and education

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or touch; reach, talk, hear, and smell.  The employee may be required to kneel, crouch, sit, climb, or balance.  The employee may lift and/or move up to more than 50 pounds with assistance.  Accommodations will be made if/when necessary.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee may be regularly exposed to aromas.  The employee is occasionally exposed to airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
